"TIIAME" National Research University and the company "Huawei Tech Investment Tashkent" jointly developed the concept of a digital university. In 2021, the Phase III model of the "Smart Agriculture and Water Management" concept was launched.

At the next meeting, the rector of the "TIIAME" National Research University Mirzaev Bakhodir Suyunovich and the CEO of "Huawei Tech Investment Tashkent" Mr. Chen Jiakai discussed the implementation of the phase II  of the concept of the digital university "Smart Library", aimed at creating favorable conditions for students in the library, fast information exchange and efficient service.
