On February 20, 2024 university psychologist M.K.Mukhammedova and tutor of “Hydrotechnical Construction” Faculty D.Khursandova organized a seminar-training seminar with the students of 104-group on the topic “The art of looking at the world in an optimistic spirit.” The event provided interesting information about the clinic of stress, factors that cause stress, ways to get rid of stress and its prevention and the use of visualization techniques to get rid of stress.
