The conference was moderated by the rector of Tashkent State Transport University, chairman of the Republican Council of Higher Education Prof. Abdurakhmonov Odil Kalandarovich. At the beginning of the ceremony, the presentation of the novel "Quiet River" written by the talented writer Lukmon Burikhon took place, then the details related to the creation of the novel were provided.
