On April 18, 2023 the Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs B. Tuychiev, Advisor to the Dean for Women's Issues Z. Beknazarova, Deputy Dean  for Academic Affairs A. Karabaev of "Hydromelioration" Faculty, tutors U. Usmanov, D. Akhrarova, G. Akhmedzhanova, A Shonazarov, Z. Tursunova together with 154 students of the faculty organized a pre-referendum event, devoted to the protection of "Women's Dignity", by discussing the amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The event was attended by Deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Litvinova Olga, Chairman of Tashkent City, Council of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan Fayziyeva Sevara, Chairman of Tashkent City Council of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan Mirzo Ulugbek District Umarkhajayeva Shakhnoza.

The participants of the event discussed about the positive changes taking place in our country and conditions created by our President for women and changes made to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Guests of the event were awarded with certificates of appreciation. It was a good opportunity to receive the important infomation for all the participants of the event, as the raised questions were really actual.
