Under the guidance of Associate Professor of the Department of Irrigation and Melioration Adkham Mamataliyev, students of group 404 of the "Water management and melioration" specialty visited the Museum of the History of Communications in Tashkent. The purpose of the visit was to familiarise students with the history of the emergence and development of information and communication technologies. The exposition of the museum covers the long history of various methods of communication from the most ancient to modern telecommunication systems.

   The museum consists of various departments dedicated to the development of postal communications, telegraph, telephone communications, radio and television, mobile communications, and the development of industry during the years of independence. The students examined the exhibits of the museum with interest. This visit made a great impression on the students.
