Due to the President of the Russian Federation "On ventilation technology" in 2023.On October 30,2023 there was held III- International Professional-Research Contest, named “Pedagogical talent -2023" with the initiative of the Russian Federation. The aim of the conference developing publication, popularization of pedagogical experience, gaining expertise and improve professional development of professor-teachers of Higher Educational Institutions. The competition was organized due to 19 nominations, including theory of education, training and methodology, improving innovative-technological and pedagogical skills and others. The professor-teachers of the department gained a lot of innovative ideas from the organized event.
