It is known that during the academic year, U.Sangirova, the chairwoman of the "Women-Scientists" club, announced project competitions for the best business plan for female students, held competitions to attract women scientists to projects and competitions of small projects among undergraduates and doctoral students. In 2021, about 10 women teachers took part in the competition of innovative and practical projects. In 2022, the Ministry of Innovative Development announced the 66th competition of initiative practical and innovative projects “Women Scientists”.

On April 18, 2022, the chairman of the club "Women-Scientists", Ph.D. in Economics, Associate Professor U.Sangirova and Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor T.Sultanov organized an online webinar.The webinar also clarified some of the features of the project from a number of other innovative projects in this area. Particular attention was paid to filling out applications and requirements for each project.
