In order to assist graduates of “TIIAME” National Research University in finding employment in state-owned enterprises and organizations, the Chief Inspector of the Personnel Department,Civil Service Development Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Maryam Yoldoshevna, “Human resources and personnel potential” branch of Tashkent city there was organized the meeting for students. At the seminar-training there were explained open roads for public service" with Otkir Abdukarimov, specialist from the chief inspector of the Development department. The event was held by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Prof. Khudayarov Bakhtiyor Alimovich. Maryam Yuldoshevna, chief inspector of the personnel management department, gave information about the potential personnel reserve, the development of a “Personal Development Plan”, the formation of a personnel reserve and foreign experience. In particular, the experience of the Singapore Civil Service Leadership Program (Public Service Leadership Program), the experience of the United Arab Emirates Government Leadership Program, and the experience of the Republic of Korea were studied. Participants also received a detailed understanding of the Global Leadership Program from Otkir Khamzaevich Abdukarimov, chief inspector of the department of human resource management and human resources development of the Tashkent city branch, how to use the electronic platform of the open competition system VACANCY.ARGOS.UZ for vacant positions, familiarization with vacancies, selection of positions, opening a personal account, testing and interviews, studying qualification requirements, submitting documents, posting the results of a recruitment competition on the portal.
