Online webinar with Dr. Tamás Jancsó, Professor of Alba Regia Technical Faculty, Obuda  University, Hungary

   On November 28,2023, the following international event was organized in collaboration with “TIIAME” National Research University and Obuda University, Hungary with the students from “Land Management and Cadastre” Faculty. Let us kindly remind you that within the framework of the international event “Inno-week 2023”, organized at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where the rector of our university, prof. Mirzaev Bakhodir Suyunovich and the rector of Obuda University Prof. Levente Kovacs, during the signing of Joint Degree Program, discussed in detail the issues that will be implemented bilaterally. During the discussion, such topical issues as the organization of online webinars by professors and teachers of two universities and student exchange were also discussed. An online webinar was organized for the prospective youth of our university with the initiative of Professor Monika Pogatsnik, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of Alba Regia  Technical Faculty, Coordinator for Central Asia, International Ambassador of Hungary in  Uzbekistan, where the Professor Dr. Tamás Jancsó made a presentation for our students.

The online webinar was started with the presentation of Prof. Dr. Tamás Jancsó about Óbuda University, mainly about Master study programs on Geoinformatics, credit-module based learning, differences between credits and subjects and important documents for applying  "Hungarian Scholarship". The information that students should follow while applying to the competition was discussed. The training was organized at the Geoinformatics Center of our university. Students received answers to their questions and had the opportunity to directly contact with the professor about their questions by email jansco.tamas@amk.uni-obuda.hu.

During the event Guzal Eshchanova provided a brief information  about the possibilities of studying on a grant basis for one academic year or for the entire course of study at different specialties of undergraduate and graduate degrees via the international competition “Hungarian Scholarship”, using which it is possible to study at Obuda University, Hungary, a close partner of our university. She explained that participants of the competition are required to have a minimum B2 certificate (IELTS 6). In the future, similar international online webinars are planned to be held at 6 more faculties of our university, aimed at exchanging  information.
