It is advisable to start the academic year based on a new plan and objectives. Every member of the team should follow the directions of our actions at the beginning of the new academic year. For the same purpose, a meeting dedicated to goals and tasks for the new academic year was held under the leadership of the rector of the  "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" national research university, professor Mirzayev Bahadir Suyunovich.

Vice-rectors, faculty deans, heads of departments, and other officials of the university took part in the event. The rector warmly congratulated all the participants of the meeting on the 31st anniversary of the independence of our country. Ruzimurat Choriyev, vice-rector of the university for youth issues, spiritual and educational affairs expressed his opinions about the need to inculcate the main idea of "A person is dearest in the new Uzbekistan" and how to conduct independence classes with students and graduate students.

Then they exchanged opinions on issues such as admission results, personnel composition, and lesson distributions. Faculty deans and heads of departments were given tasks by the Rector according to their duties. It was reported that the main goal is to organize the educational process and work regime in a unique order, responsibility, and discipline.
