It is not a secret that the activity of each person is determined by legal norms. This complex process is associated with education, work, consciousness, worldview and beliefs of a person. Responsible people  are entrusted with a great responsibility for the conscious activity of students in this process. The event was attended by deputy deans, tutors, directors and commandants of dormitories, a university psychologist, director of the Palace of Culture, heads of the dormitory department, chairman of the Advisory Council for Women and responsible persons from seven faculties, head of the University Youth Union and heads of faculties, educators of dormitories, chairman student council.

During the  event there was discussed the elimination of accumulated problems relating to the education and upbringing of young people. It was announced that the university introduced a new position of Rector's Advisor. The audience got acquainted with the advisor of the rector of  National Research University "TIIAME" Igamberdiev Saidi Kudratillaevich. In his speech the adviser to the rector noted that currently,  the era is developing dynamically and gives rise to a number of problems that must be treated consciously and act reasonably.

According to the suggestions of our president, it is clear that society, the world will not change if the person does not change. Since the struggle for the hearts and minds of people continues unceasingly, we must also be able to use various methods of enlightenment against ignorance. This requires intelligence and insight, ingenuity and foresight. We are all responsible for the behavior, appearance, clothing, level of knowledge of students.
