Summarizing the results of activities and the efficiency of work by the whole team is an important factor in determining correctly the strategy for the new academic year. In this regard the meeting organized at National Research University "TIIAME" had a particular great importance. On the basis of our educational institution, the rector of the university, Professor Mirzaev Bakhodir Suyunovich made a presentation, titled “Results of 2022 and prioritize tasks of the current year: problems, shortcomings and analysis”. Taking into consideration the fact that 68 professor-teachers were conducting lessons, nearly the whole team, consisting of 490 professor-teachers took part in the reporting meeting. 

   It is an honor to inform that our university achieved the first place in the TOP-20 universities ranking, concerning the indicator “The most employed graduates”, and at the same time it was mentioned that this achievement requires from us working better for improving our activities. There was mentioned the protocol of Managing Board № 3, dated July 26, 2022, about the procedure for awarding academic degrees and academic titles at National Research University "TIIAME".

      For the first time in Uzbekistan, University scientists have developed two programs on digital technologies and artificial intelligence. One of them is "Face Recognition System Structure" and the other is "Speech Recognition System Structure Program". There was also mentioned that these opportunities will be included to the HEMIS distance education platform. At the organized meeting, there was noted about the necessity of  exchanging views on important issues, the effectiveness of work and the attitude of professors, the requirements and instructions regarding the whole process at university.

Besides that, there was also concretely reminded the requirements and tasks regarding the importance of creating the system in the process, increasing the quality of education, conducting productive classes and writing articles and papers.

Taking into account the requirements of time, it can be suggested that  the unique way for increasing the quality of education and achieving the sustainability in education quality assurance via improving the quality of lessons,  which requires from teachers to acquire advanced knowledge, raise students interest and knowing at least one foreign language. It is true that students are given freedom and due to credit-module system, currently learners have the right to choose not only a subject, but also a teacher, that they prefer.  

It was clearly warned that all teachers should constantly work on themselves for being able to train personnel that can meet the requirements not only the society, but also being recognized specialists in the world on their specialty. It would be fair, if only the real owner, the real professional of the class must conduct the class on this or that subject. Otherwise, conducting several subjects by one and the same teacher will be repeated again and again in the education system, which proves its inefficiency.

       The tasks that are required to be completed succeessfully at the university, regarding the work with Youth, Spiritual and Educational affairs, as well as activities and tasks in terms of financial and economic affairs were are clearly explained. The meeting could help the participants to understand the ways how to find solutions to the existing problems and how to contribute to the prosperity of the university by increasing the efforts and implementing potencial that they have.
