It is important to mention that PhD Sh. Rakhmanov, Head of the Department of International Cooperation of the University , arrived to study at Harvard University in Boston, USA. He successfully completed the Leadership in the 21st Century course at the Kennedy Faculty and received a certificate of graduation from Harvard University. The positive side of this course was that 77 people from 42 countries of the world took part in it.With the help of this program, a contribution was made to the recognition of our university on a global scale. In order to make wider use of existing opportunities, negotiations were held with professors in the Department of Urban and Regional Development at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston.
