Ancient sources tell us about the origin of the Navruz holiday, that it was widespread in Central Asia, Iran and Afghanistan during the Achaemenid period (6th century BC). In this sense, it can be suggested that the history of Navruz dates back 25-30 centuries. Regardless of when and how Navruz was created, it was introduced on a comprehensive scientific basis, taking into account the laws of the universe and nature.  At ‘TIIAME” National Research University there was also organized the national Nawruz holiday. During the holiday different sports competitions and concert programs were organized among students. In particular,  “Intellectual game” was organized, dedicated to the national holiday Navruz. 15 teams of university students took part in the game.
