Prof. Mirzaev B.S. was a plenary speaker on "Dialogue on Recommendations for Promoting International Cooperation on Research and Education in the Post-Pandemic Period". The CIAERA consortium was established in 2019 at the initiative of Nanjing Agricultural University, University of Michigan State University, which included most of the universities of Asian countries. Agricultural universities of Central Asian countries and Uzbekistan are represented by TIIAME NRU.

 CIAERA consortium members held the annual meeting of AsiaHAB, where the directions of international research projects were mainly discussed. At the annual meeting of AsiaHAB the Head of EcoGIS Center, Professor Pulatov A.S. acted as a plenary speaker "AsiaHAB regional programs and activities in Central Asia and Uzbekistan". More than 200 participants from 11 countries (PRC, USA, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, Philippines) were invited to the conference.
