On February 19, 2024 university psychologist M.K. Mukhamedova organized a psychological master class and training with the participation of tutors. In the age of technological development, the profession of a teacher is becoming more and more complex; modern educational standards require complete dedication to work. One of the common situations for teachers is family, children,  lack of time for themselves due to work. Such conditions can cause natural stress in people with a weak nervous system.
