The main goal of the reforms carried out in the sphere of Higher Education system on the initiative of the Head of our state in recent years is the further development of international cooperation with developed countries of the world regarding training of qualified and modern educated personnel.Great opportunities are being provided in terms of creating conditions for teachers and researchers aimed at acquiring scientific and academic experience in foreign universities and research institutions. The head of “Hydraulics and Hydroinformatics” Department, Professor Oybek Arifzhanov by the invitation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences had a business trip to the Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography under the Academy, devoted to the topic “The Great Silk Road” – the road to prospects and cooperation. On the first day of the trip, the first deputy director of the institute, Prof.  Daoyuan Zhang, Head of “Remote Sensing and GIS Technologies” Department, Prof. Tie Liu held an official meeting with scientists and researchers of the institute. The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss cooperation, future projects and exchanges.
