It is important to suggest that at “Hydrotechnical Construction” Faculty of “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” National Research University there was organized   awarding Gratitude Letters to Parents by their sons and daughters, aimed at showing particular respect for bringing up responsible personalities for the society.
