November 10, 2022, University psychologist Mukhammedova M.K. and tutor of the faculty of hydromelioration Akhmedzhanova G., together with 1st-year students of group 112, organized a seminar training on the topic “Six psychological recommendations for overcoming phobia and fear”. The event was organized to provide information about the physiology of phobias and fears, their impact on the human psyche, and recommendations for getting rid of them. Probably, there is nobody in the world who has no fear. Someone expresses it with emotions, and someone sees this as a mental change. The event discussed the types of fears and ways to overcome them.
