On ensuring seismic safety in accordance with paragraph 18 of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated May 30, 2022 “On measures to further improve the seismic safety system of the Republic of Uzbekistan” No. PD-144 Toshmatov E., Associate Professor of “Mechanics and Computer Modeling” Department as part of Uzbekistan experts Delegation, consisting of specialists from the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Construction, the Academy of Sciences and Higher Education Institutions, visited the of “Emergency Situations and Emergency Management” Department on October 16-22, 2023 to study the experience of Turkey in the field of seismic safety, located in Ankara-Izmir-Istanbul, for 15-18 days, emergency dispatch services on emergency response in case of strong earthquakes, rules for ensuring seismic preparedness and to become familiar with the regulatory framework, a complex of information and communication technologies and all existing system.
