It is known to everyone that at videoconference meetings held by the head of state, the esteemed President of the Republic, the task was set to implement the nationwide project "Green Space" throuout the country. In our country, within the framework of the national project "Green Space", from October 20, 2022, the "relevant 40 days" events started. As a result of the implementation of such a large-scale initiative, a number of landscaping works and planting of firs and ornamental trees are being carried out in our cities and microdistricts. 

Within the framework of the national project "Green Space", a greening event was held at our university today. This environmental event was organized in cooperation with the State Forestry Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and with the support of specialists under the auspices of this committee.

Representatives of  Tashkent Committee for Ecology and Environmental Protection of Mirzo-Ulugbek region, the university leadership, faculty and leaders of the University Youth Union took an active part in today's event.

As part of the landscaping event, about 100 spruces and ornamental trees were planted on the territory of the university, and greening activities were carried out.

Within the framework of the Green Space national project, the “relevant 40 days” events, which began on October 20, 2022, will continue on the territory of the educational experimental farm of the university, as well as in mahallas of the city of Tashkent, associated to the university.
