During the seminar-training Prof.K.Shavazov, the dean of “Agricultural Mechanization” Faculty held the event for the 4-th course students, devoted to the importance of the Constitution, which came into force on May 1, 2023. In the new version of the Constitution, Uzbekistan is defined as a social state, including the introduction of articles in the field of education, an almost 2-fold increase in the norms relating to education and science, teaching at universities with state grants were strictly defined, the number of grants doubled and amounted to 40 thousand. For Master Degrees it increased 5 times. Free initial vocational training was provided. Inclusive education was included in the Constitution. It was informed that all conditions have been created so that young people with disabilities can receive the same education as their peers.
