Exchanging experience and Cooperation between higher education institutions is one of the crucial factors in the development of the education system. Yesterday, the rector of the Tashkent Architecture and Construction Institute of Erjan Kahya visited our university. He was greeted by the rector of the  "Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers" National Research University, Professor Mirzayev Bahodir Suyunovich.

The guest first got acquainted with the museum dedicated to the hero of Uzbekistan, People's Poet Abdulla Aripov. Then, they had a friendly conversation about areas of cooperation. Speaking about the history of our university, B.Mirzayev noted that during the former Soviet Union, students from more than 50 countries studied here, nowadays our university has achieved high results in national and international rankings, and now the Global Rating documents have been prepared. He also said that 22 projects have been prepared, of which 3 are scientific and 19 are educational. He noted that this will be a worthy contribution to the work being done across the country on environmental issues.

Mr. Erjan Kahya is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, majoring in Water Resources Design, and the conversation was lively in terms of his awareness of the irrigation system. Erjan Kahya was surprised and pleased to find out that the experience of countries such as the Netherlands and Turkey was studied in the granting of the status of a national research university to our university, and that there were opened 6 scientific laboratories in specific sciences. In particular, he wished success in our efforts to open an IT park at the university this year and transform it into a full-fledged digital university. The two rectors agreed on future cooperation plans.
