The university hosted an event dedicated to the election of the leader of the primary organization of the Youth Union. The event was led by the first vice-rector of the university Ruzimurod Choriyev. The meeting was attended by the chairman of the local council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, Mirzo Ulugbek district -Bobur Khodzhamkulov. The event was also attended by deputy deans for youth affairs, heads of departments, director of the student hostel, students.

The vice-rector R. Choriyev, gave information about the attention of our state and government to young people, about the opportunities and conditions created, called on young people to study hard and learn cultural activities. The leader of Youth Union of University nominated and unanimously approved the candidacy of the 3rd year student from the Faculty of "Land Resources Management" Tajiev Khudoyberdi.
