On April 17, 2023, there was organized the pre-referendum event for students of "Economics" Faculty, titled  “The Constitution is the basis of our state.” Trainer Toshev Zafar, a doctoral student of the Higher School of Judges under the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, was invited to the event. At the event nearly 230 students participated actively.The event was opened with the introductory speech by the dean of the faculty prof.R. Khakimov. During the event, students received answers to their questions, as well as they were called for active participation in the referendum to be held on 30 April.
