According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 10.12.2021 No. PQ-42 "On measures to radically improve the system of training engineers for the economy on the basis of innovation and digitization", creating a system to support the transfer of innovative education and technology in the country, linking education and production, radical improvement of the activities of higher education institutions, increase their international prestige, the establishment of an effective management system, as well as ensure the implementation of the tasks set out in the Concept of Development of the Higher Education System of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030,

Professors and teachers of the department "Operation of hydropower and pumping stations" jointly with the specialists of JSC "Uzbekhydroenergo" and JSC "Gidromaxsusqurilish" discussed the use of basic and elective subjects in the curricula of master's specialties, as well as the topics of study programs. The suggestions in the discussion included adding and changing some curriculum topics to integrate higher education and industry.
