Corruption is one of the most terrible calamities of the nation, a serious obstacle to the development of any country and a threat to its development. Corruption is the destruction of society. Therefore, from the first years of independence in our country, through the old system, a special attention was paid for strengthening measures to combat this disease, transmitted through the blood, to eradicate it, to further strengthen the legal framework in this regard. As a logical continuation of this work, the President of our country Shavkat Mirziyoyev from the first days of his presidency emphasized the need to fight corruption in the development of the state and society, and most importantly to please the people of our country. The situation has changed radically, and the principle that everyone with the knowledge, ability and potential to learn will be respected. Therefore, serious efforts are now being made to eradicate corruption in education. Yesterday at 14.00pm on the initiative of Faculty “Organization and Management of Water Resources”, the meeting was held with the senior assistant of the prosecutor of Tashkent Mengibaev Alisher. The conversation was devoted to the role of the prosecutor's office in shaping the legal culture of citizens. In his speech, he spoke about the development of the prosecutor's office over the years of independence. There were times that people knew the prosecutor's office as a punitive body. He noted that the situation has changed and that the prosecutor's office is no longer a persecutor, but a public service body, one of four sectors that can help solve people's problems. He also taught students that it takes hard work to be a real person and professional, to respect the law, or to become a victim of self-harm. He expressed support for the continuation of the talks.
