The cooperation between university and school
In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set at an expanded video conference chaired by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev on April 2, 2022, dedicated to the effectiveness of reforms in the field of public education, universities and renewable energy sources, schools N. 11 and schools N. 12 in Piskent district, Tashkent region were attached to the of “Electricity Supply and Renewable Energy Sources” Department.
On April 21, 2022 the mentioned departments visited secondary schools , located in Piskent district, Tashkent region. During the visit, a round table discussion was held with principals and teaching staff of schools about the work carried. Most teachers are qualified teachers with many years of experience, mostly teachers of the highest, first and second categories. In order to establish cooperation, a roadmap for the implementation of activities in April-May 2022 was developed and approved. The director of school, Gulchekhra Abdunabievna, acquainted everyone with the activities of teachers, material and technical base of school. The school is designed for 240 students in 2 shifts, and today 212 students (including 108 boys and 104 girls) are taught by experienced teachers.
The teaching staff is 21 people, which 19 people with higher education and 2 people with secondary specialized education. Of the 4 - teachers of the first category, 7 - of the second category. In the 2020-2021 academic year, the number of graduates of the 11th grade of the school showed 27 people, of which 7 were enrolled in higher educational institutions. The school gym, classrooms and other special facilities are in demand. The school belongs to the yellow zone. As a result of the visit, a "Roadmap" was developed between school and department to improve the quality of education at school and organize cooperation to improve the skills of teachers and provide methodological support, which was agreed upon.
