Large-scale construction work is being done in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 4, 2021 No PP-5253 "On measures to implement the investment project" Construction of Pskem HPP on the Pskem River in Bostanlyk district of Tashkent region ".

In the first phase of the investment project, for the first time in Uzbekistan, the installation of geocomposite materials based on modern construction technologies has begun to implement anti-filtration measures at a high dam with a total height of 60 meters.
