At “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers” - National Research University on December 5, 2023, deputy deans for academic affairs of  “Hydromelioration” Facullty  Karaboev A., Melikuziev S and Rozibaev O. and together with teachers there was organized a seminar-training seminar for students on the topic “The Constitution is the legal basis of a social state.”

       According to the new edition of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is closely related to the concepts of social justice, freedom and equality, and the principles based on the principles of mutual political and legal responsibility of the state and citizen are based on a new concept, students received information about the category of human rights. At the event, students received the necessary information on the actual topic.
