It is clear to everyone that our clear sky, peace of the country, peace of the people are the greatest blessings for the progressive humanity. Congratulating the defenders of the Motherland, who bear the responsibility for preserving the gift of the Creator on their professional holiday, we express our appreciation  to the defenders of our Motherland, who are the pillars of the world, with their sense of loyalty and vigilance to their Motherland. We sincerely  congratulate the guards of our country. From one side the power of any state is connected with materiality and spirituality, on the other side, and with its military power.  
    Therefore, the head of our state, in his congratulations on the occasion of the 32nd anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the holiday “Day of Defenders of the Motherland ,” suggested: We see the real shields of our Motherland, continuing the glorious traditions of our great ancestors, such as Jalaluddin Manguberdi, Amir Temur, Babur Mirza. 
 
    Because the unity of the people and the army is the criterion that determines the implementation of common goals and the success of New Uzbekistan. Based on the noble idea that “the people and the army are one body and soul,” it is clear that the ongoing reforms aimed at increasing  the combat potential of our Armed Forces and radical modernization of the field of military development pursue great goals.  
 
    Undeniably, everyone knows that such peaceful and prosperous days were not achieved in an easy way.   The rise of the professional army to the level of today over the past short period is closely connected with the striking results of the far-sighted and systemic strategic reforms carried out by our country, and at the same time with the strong political position of our President as a visionary strategist. 
 
    In the past, the bravery of our boys who gave their lives to protect the inviolability of our borders the sacred land, where they were born and raised, the place where their umbilical blood was shed, is a clear  example for every Uzbek young man. Remembering vividly these days,  we deeply bow to the bravery of our young people, who died heroically to ensure our current peaceful and prosperous life. 
 
    Today’s holiday is a real national holiday not only for military personnel, but also for every young man, every future defender of the Motherland, and their mothers who gave birth to them, and their ancestors who always pray for them. Once again emphasizing that living in the New Uzbekistan and ensuring the peace of the people is the most difficult and honorable profession, on behalf of the staff of our university we sincerely congratulate  all our military personnel and wish them strong  health ,good luck in their  personnel and professional activities. Besides that,  I would like to express a special gratitude to the spouses who fulfilled their duties with honor, providing all conditions, taking on all the concerns of the family, starting with raising children. 
 
      We sincerely wish that all our soldiers will be able to defend the peaceful land and New Uzbekistan for many years. May the high trust and respect of our people always be with you!
