Dear esteemed teachers, colleagues and students!

   It is known that each nation has its own seasonal, natural and dates-related holidays. But there is a particular holiday that plays an important role in the history and fate of every nation, and this is the Independence Day, which has social and political significance, associated with its will and freedom. First of all, on today's happy day, I would like to congratulate our entire community, teachers and students on the 32nd anniversary of our Independence. Over the past few years, our mortherland Uzbekistan has passed a difficult, but at the same time honorable and glorious path of Independence. In particular, in the next seven years, there is a special preparation  for the further expansion of the country with a wide range of enterprises, initiated by President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev.The importance of  life is measured with the goals, aspirations and actions made by our people. As the priority it  is admitted  the honor and pride of our people. In the same spirit, the 32nd anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan will be celebrated  under the slogan "For a new life, for a new Uzbekistan." It was once again mentioned during video conference by  our esteemed President, who  emphasized that the development of New Uzbekistan is directly related to the human factor and quality education. This is closely related to strengthening our Independence, shaping New Uzbekistan, the cornerstone of the Third Renaissance. Strengthening of our Independence is the responsibility and duty of each of us. In the resolution “On preparation for the 32nd anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan and organizing the holiday at a high level”, it was mentioned that one of the state ideals is “Every day is an opportunity, every day is the foundation for the future.”  So, striving for the future means paying particular attention to our youth, in other words, the state is responsible for education. The privileges granted to future creators, gifted youth are closely related to the creation of New Uzbekistan. Updates and results in all areas, creative work, various construction projects are the expression of fundamental changes in the minds of our people, and as a result of the policies and reforms carried out under the leadership of our President.
  Let me inform about  the importance of Universities in our life today, the places of our university in the National and World University Rankings, the expression of a symbol of loyalty and courage to the Independence of our country.

   I would like to take this opportunity and  once again sincerely congratulate you all dears, teachers,  students and colleagues with  the 32nd anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan. I wish all our good intentions come true. Let God  protect our country from various disasters so that the feelings of unity, friendship and harmony would increase even more. I wish you all good health, new achievements, family happiness, let all your dreams come true. May our country be peaceful, may our skies be clear and may our beloved Uzbekistan shine!
