On October 24, 2022, Jonathan French, business development manager of Warwick University visited our university. He was invited to Uzbekistan by the British Council and the Ministry of Innovative Development of Uzbekistan. The rector of our university, professor Mirzaev Bakhodir Suyunovich greeted our foreign partner with warmth. At the meeting, they discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in detail.

        The University of Warwick in the UK is consistently ranked 64th in the top 1000 universities in the world, not leaving the top 10 best higher education institutions in the UK. Many people dream of studying at this university and doing scientific research. Therefore, teaching staff of various higher educational institutions in our country shows increasing interest to improve their qualifications at the University of Warwick in the summer and autumn terms.

      The University of Warwick has about 30 faculties and over 50 research centers. Basically, they train specialists in social, scientific, and technical sciences, medicine, and art. Warwick has over 22,500 students from over 150 different nationalities. 20% of them are foreigners. Also, this university took 6th place in the ranking of high-paying universities in the world.

     This university offers a number of offline and online courses, such programs are created based on the needs and requirements of students, and there are all favorable conditions for their professional development.

    We hope that the signing of a memorandum aimed at strengthening cooperation between the two higher educational institutions opens the opportunities to reach an agreement on organizing internship courses not only for teachers of foreign languages but also for students and teachers of various technical specialties as well.
