On April 1, 2023 there was organized pre-referendum event in Olmachi microdistrict, Tashkent region by N. Yuldasheva, Associate Professor of  National Research University “Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers”. She informed about the important aspects of the updated Constitution, gave examples of how the Constitution applies equally to all segments of the population.During the event she also answered questions of young people and women about changes in  Constitution. The event was very informative and impressive.   Besides that, on April 3, 2023, the chairman of Yangiolmachinsk neighbourhood, M. Ulugbek district, together with activists participated at the event, organized by N. Yuldasheva. The educational event was very interesting and full of questions.
