It is true that friendship is considered as one of the most precious blessings in the world. With the help of this feeling people can unite with each other, regardless of their nationality, language and can create spiritual bridges between people. 
  On November 3, 2022, by the  invitation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Uzbekistan Hussein Guliyev and his wife, the Chairman of the Council for Women's Affairs of "Organization and Management of Water Resources" Faculty R. Kodirova took part in a reception, dedicated to the "Restoration of the independence of Azerbaijan" and the victory in the Patriotic war, held at the Hyatt Regence.

The first deputy chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sodik Safoev, ambassadors of embassies and representatives of the Union of Writers of the Republic took part in the solemn reception.
