The active participation of gifted students was observed in the section of the traditional XXI young scientists, masters and graduate students conference on the topic "Modern problems of agriculture and water resources" organized at university, which was focused on social, pedagogical and spiritual factors of training competitive personnel on agriculture and water resources. All the authors of articles defended their scientific articles in the form of a presentation.  It should be noted that all articles were prepared in a very high level with fresearch findings and novelties in science. The first place was taken by the 3rd course students of vocational education. For the youth of Uzbekistan, a number of opportunities have been created to support young scholars in our society.
