На данном семинаре были рассмотрены вопросы о том, в какой последовательности будет получен патент на изобретение и полезную модель, в какой последовательности будет осуществляться процедура патентования, каковы условия патентоспособности этих объектов, в соответствии с какими законами, каковы нормативно-правовые основы, по каким ставкам патентных пошлин будет производиться уплата патентной пошлины при подаче заявки.
