On February 17, 2023, members of the Women's Council of the Faculty of "Hydroreclamation" organized an event on the topics "Gender Equality" and "We are against domestic violence." The Council for Women's Affairs chairman, Ismailova Zukhra Karabaevna opened the event with an opening speech. A deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a member of the Committee on Innovative Development, Information Policy and Information Technologies Khodjaeva Mohira Mirzakhmadovna and the head of the department of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan Alikhonova Gulsanam Omatjonovna attended the event. They expressed their opinion on the Strategy for achieving gender equality in Uzbekistan until 2030, noting that this will further enhance the authority of Uzbekistan in the international arena, as well as on the Law "On Guarantees of Equal Rights and Opportunities for Women and Men".
